Yes. The WareHouse is fully air-conditioned and climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable experience year-round.
The interior of The WareHouse is ADA accessible and designed with comfort and inclusion in mind. While exterior accessibility improvements are still in progress, every event hosted here helps support PETRA Built Foundation’s efforts to make the entire space fully accessible for all guests. Start by submitting an Event Inquiry Form on our website. Our team will follow up to confirm availability, discuss your event, provide pricing and schedule a tour if desired. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date.
Availability varies, so we recommend submitting an inquiry as early as possible, especially for weekends, weddings and recurring events.
Yes. We welcome recurring bookings such as weekly services, monthly markets and ongoing classes, subject to availability.

Yes. Outside vendors, food trucks and caterers are welcome with approval. Caterers must carry their own insurance and operate from a certified kitchen. We can also provide a list of preferred vendors if needed.
Rental items such as tables, chairs, staging and AV equipment may be available or arranged upon request. You are also welcome to bring in your own rentals.
Yes. The WareHouse is designed to support markets with an open layout, easy load-in and load-out access, power availability and vendor-friendly setup options.

Yes. The WareHouse is available for private events including weddings, receptions, celebrations and corporate gatherings.
Yes. Public events such as concerts, fundraisers and community gatherings are welcome. Additional requirements may apply depending on the event.
Alcohol policies depend on the event type and must be discussed during the booking process. All applicable permits and requirements must be met.

Yes. The WareHouse offers ample onsite parking with safe, monitored access for guests and event organizers.
The WareHouse is conveniently located near Katy and West Houston at the intersection of I-10 and Fry Road, making it easily accessible for guests and vendors.
